Oysters and Beer has been a long standing event and this event marks our 17h Shellabration. As always, we look to celebrate the local flavors of Southern Maryland and our surrounding watershed. This fall we will be sharing local oysters, rockfish, produce, and beverages—stay tuned for our menu for more!

Farm fresh oysters and craft beer festival at Tall Timbers Marina - 11.11.2023
Join us for our Oysters & Beers, the Bi-Annual Bivalve Shellabration. This event showcases local oysters and growers of the Lower Potomac River, local cuisine provided by the Reluctant Navigator Restaurant and the local community, and an array of craft beer from the surrounding Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

+ Craft Beers: We are currently working out the details on the Tap lineup, but do trust, there will be a full range new and delicious brews for your tasting! Stay Tuned!!

+ Entry: There will be a $10 Cover Charge at the door ($5 for children under 12). 25% of this charge will be donated to the Second District Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
Food and drinks purchased with tickets. Tickets will be sold for $1 a piece at the gate. Other merchandise and apparel will be available for purchase cash or credit

Join us Saturday, November 12, 2022 from Noon until 5 pm at Tall Timbers Marina. Each ticket allows for all you can eat oysters and non-oyster food and all you can drink craft beer. Other beverages can be bought at the cash bar.

After a long hiatus, due to the pandemic, we are happy to shellabrate with you again!
Food: Oysters done multiple ways (raw / roasted / stewed / fried), Pork BBQ, Chilli, Cornbread, French Fries, Coleslaw, and more Oysters!
Beers: Over a dozen craft beers individually selected from within our local Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
*Please note: this is an indoor/outdoor event. You are welcome to bring your dogs as long as they are leashed and stay outside.

Spring has sprung and the oysters are growing and the beers are brewing. Come help us celebrate the coming of Spring with local oysters, beers, and tunes from our extended watershed. We look forward to teaming up with Shorething Shellfish again this year to continue sharing the good work being done within our watershed. The past two Oysters and Beers events have been great success with the help of our local and extended community. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces and some new ones!
